Your email. You choose what happens.

Write and review property emails in Acre. Optional Gmail inbox access lets you open incoming messages and ask for help with one message at a time.

Availability: Gmail is in a limited testing rollout while Google verification is being prepared. Public approval has not been confirmed. Outlook is not activated yet.

Connect Gmail to send

  1. Sign in to Acre and open Personal assistant.
  2. Open Email tools, read the connection notice, and choose Connect Gmail.
  3. Choose your Google account and review Google’s requested permissions. Sending and identifying your account do not give Acre inbox-reading access.
  4. Return to Acre and check the connected email address. If Google says access is unavailable during testing, contact support; do not share your password or connection tokens.

Read incoming Gmail only if you choose

In Email tools, choose Enable inbox reading. Read the additional notice and grant the separate Google permission if you want this feature. Google’s read permission covers your mailbox, not just property messages. Acre retrieves email when you ask; it does not run background mailbox sync.

You can turn on Notify me while Acre is open to check for new email while the app is visible. The notice invites you to open the inbox; it does not open messages or send them to AI automatically. This is an in-app notice, not a phone push notification. Turn it off at any time. It stops when you hide or close Acre, and the setting and last-seen identifiers are not saved across app sessions.

Choose Refresh inbox to load incoming messages, then open a message to read it. A message is not automatically sent to AI. Choosing Summarize or Draft reply sends that selected message’s sender, subject and text, plus your instructions, to OpenAI to complete your request. It does not send a reply. Attachments are not downloaded or analyzed by these inbox tools.

Review and send a message

  1. Write a message in Email tools, ask the Personal assistant for a draft, or choose Draft reply on a message.
  2. Check the From and To addresses, subject and full text. Choose Review draft.
  3. Read the saved version. Edit it if needed, then choose Send reviewed email to send that exact version.

Acre does not send because an incoming message tells it to. It does not automatically send drafts, replies or reminders. A successful submission means the email provider accepted the message; delivery and whether it was read are separate. If the result is uncertain, check Sent in Gmail before sending another copy.

Disconnect or remove inbox permission

Open Personal assistant → Email tools → Disconnect beside the account. This removes the stored connection credentials from Acre and prevents new reads and sends. A send already accepted by Google cannot be recalled.

Disconnecting Acre does not itself revoke the grant at Google. To revoke it, open Google Account → Your connections to third-party apps and services, choose Acre and remove its access. If you want to keep sending but remove inbox access, disconnect in Acre, revoke the Google grant, and connect again with sending permission only.

Delete email data kept in Acre

Inbox messages are not archived in Acre’s database. Saved drafts and submission records are retained separately from the connection. To request their deletion, email Ralestate123@gmail.com from your Acre account email address. Say whether you want all email drafts and submission records deleted, or identify a specific draft. Do not include a password, token or client secret. Support will verify the account and remove the requested records. Deleting Acre’s records does not delete mail already in Gmail or a recipient’s mailbox.

See the privacy policy for the data used, storage, AI processing and Limited Use commitment. Disconnecting or deleting email data does not cancel your subscription; plan changes are in Billing.
