Using Acre
These terms apply to Acre’s website and real estate planning software at acre-investment.netlify.app. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you are using Acre for an organization or inviting teammates, you must have authority to do so. Questions about these terms go to Ralestate123@gmail.com.
A workspace for research and records
Acre helps you plan a budget, compare investing strategies and markets, evaluate properties, review seller documents, follow a buying checklist, and record rental income, expenses and maintenance. It does not buy or sell property for you, arrange financing, collect tenant payments, or act as your broker, property manager, financial adviser, attorney or tax adviser.
Estimates, AI answers, listing information and document summaries can be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Check the original sources and property condition, verify your assumptions, and obtain qualified professional advice where needed. You are responsible for offers, financing, contracts, payments and investment decisions. Acre does not guarantee property availability, financing, rental income, returns or another investment outcome. Example properties and budgets are illustrative.
Your account and teammates
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. Only submit documents and information you have permission to use. Invite only people you intend to share workspace information with, and choose their access roles carefully. You must not access someone else’s account, bypass usage limits or security controls, upload malicious content, or use Acre for unlawful activity.
Monthly subscriptions
The Explorer preview is free. Starter is $15 USD per month, Pro is $35 USD per month, and Scale is $49 USD per month. Your selected price and billing interval appear at checkout. Yearly billing is $126 USD for Starter, $294 USD for Pro, and $411.60 USD for Scale, charged upfront each year: 30% less than twelve monthly payments. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. Stripe processes payments, invoices, payment-method updates and subscription changes. A paid plan becomes available after payment and subscription status are verified.
Each subscription covers the workspaces you own, subject to account and plan limits. Monthly AI and property-data allowances are shared across those workspaces. The pricing page lists the included allowances. Processing attempts, including retries and provider failures, count toward usage. Unused allowances do not roll over or have a cash value. Third-party availability and service safeguards can temporarily limit research or AI processing. Contact support if a paid feature is unavailable.
Seven-day Starter trial
New subscribers can choose one seven-day Starter trial per Acre account. A payment method is required. The trial provides Starter features and its processing allowances, then automatically renews at $15 USD per month unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial offer continues on monthly Starter billing; yearly plans are a separate choice. Your trial end and billing information appear in checkout and Plans & billing. Canceling trial renewal before the end prevents the first subscription charge.
Change or cancel your plan
Open Plans & billing. Use Manage billing for payment methods, invoices and plan changes, or Cancel renewal to stop the next renewal. Cancellation preserves paid access through the paid-through date shown in billing. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that renewal charge. If you cannot sign in or use the cancellation controls, contact support for help.
Plan changes and any prorated charge are confirmed in Stripe. Downgrades and switches to a shorter billing period take effect at renewal. Yearly cancellation stops the next annual renewal and preserves access through the paid annual period. After paid access ends, Explorer limits apply and existing records remain available; additions above the free limit and paid AI or research processing are restricted. Team access requires an active Pro or Scale subscription. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or records.
One-time cancellation offer
Eligible active monthly subscribers may be offered 100% off their next monthly renewal if they choose to keep the subscription. The offer is available once per account, is not a refund of an earlier charge, and does not prevent later cancellation. Normal monthly billing resumes after the discounted renewal. It is not combined with another subscription discount, is not available during a trial or a scheduled plan change, and does not transfer to annual billing. You can decline the offer and continue canceling.
Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge or unused time. Refund requests are reviewed through support as described in the refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other right you have under applicable law.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in the plans, documents and records you submit. You permit Acre and its service providers to store and process that information as needed to provide the features you use. Your workspace is private to you and the teammates you invite. The privacy page explains account storage, connected research, AI processing and payment providers. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Service issues and changes
Features depend on internet access and third-party services and may be interrupted. If a material issue prevents you from using a paid feature, contact support with the details so we can investigate and review a resolution, including a refund request where appropriate. This page shows the effective date of these terms. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for a completed purchase. Any new price for a future billing period will be disclosed before it is charged.
